Reset eZTemplate factory before every email (once initialized, it was retaining the first siteaccess, so wasn't correctly swapping as the siteaccesses changed)
Moved site to revert to default siteaccess outside the method that may potentially change the siteaccess. This way, it should always be reverted, regardless of failures.
Added a little extra logging to early exit check on campaign_monitor.ini to indicate the condition has been satisfied and we're bailing.
