Hi there.

At the starrating table there's a contentobject_id field. But is this field neccesary?

I mean, a contentobject_attribute_id can only be 'related' with a contentobject_id and contentobject_id can be fetched via ezcontentobject_attribute table...

So, we're kinda duplicating information here? Wich are the goals of this field?

Sorry if this is a dumb question...

thank you.

The reason is to not have to join with the attribute table, witch can on some installs be to large to fit in the index cache.

We are re considering the scheme right now as triggered by;
